Q: What is Heartworks? A: Heartworks is a small design studio promoting Self Awareness and the recognition of the Spirit in all of us. Q: Who makes the illustrations? A: Montreal artist Michel Bourque, owner/creator of the Heartworks Design Studio. Q: How are the illustrations made? A: The illustrations are digital collages made on Michel Bourque’s computer. They are composed of royalty free digital images and files, edited, cropped and layered together to create an inspiring moment. Q: Does Heartworks/Michel Bourque have a store location? A: Not yet! Heartworks is sold online or through selected stores and Galleries in the Montreal area. Local customers may pick up their orders at Michel Bourque’s home/studio to save the shipping and handling charges. Michel’s address is available on request. Q: Are there minimum order requirements? A: Only for Wholesale and Bulk volume orders: 15 prints or 25 cards.Because of shipping and handling charges it is more economical to order multiple items. Q: What are your shipping and handling charges? A: Shipping and handling charges are per order, not per item. You can order as many prints and cards as you wish for one shipping and handling charge. Rates vary according to destination, location, time and package size and weight. Quotes are available upon request. Duty fees may apply depending on your country. Q: What payment options do you offer? A: You may pay through the mail by cheque, cash or money order. Online bank transfers are available. Also C.O.D. (in Canada only). Q: What if I am not at home to receive the package? A: You will be informed when your order was shipped out. Please try to provide a shipping address where you know someone will be present to receive the package: work address, close friends or relatives or neighbors. Heartworks/Michel Bourque takes no responsibility for missing parcels. Q: How long before my order gets to me? A: Most orders received are shipped within 5 business days upon payment received. Waiting time depends almost exclusively on the delivery method chosen. Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with my prints or cards? A: Heartworks/Michel Bourque offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can return any item within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund on the price of the item provided it is returned without damage in the same condition it was shipped out in. Q: I would like to carry cards and prints in my store. Do you offer Wholesale prices or volume discounts? A: Yes! Go here for wholesale information.
